Services
Our Building Maintenance Division is licensed for commercial construction
(201030, B-1) with experience in convenience stores, fuel facilities,
car washes, and offices. Our services include comprehensive preventative
maintenance programs to one-time service calls for all types of building
maintenance items as well as small projects and programs requiring minor
construction work.
Key People
VP, Building Maintenance and Safety Coordinator - Christopher DeVolld
Christopher is Vice President of our Building Maintenance Division,
a minority owner, and the Safety Coordinator at Viejo Construction, LLC. He has over 8 years
of Field Supervisor and Project Manager experience in construction and
building maintenance. Christopher has vast knowledge as a Safety Coordinator
while serving in the U.S Navy and his leadership roles at Viejo. He has
a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Arizona State University. He is well
versed in ADA Compliance, OSHA Construction Guidelines, Safety and Loss
Prevention Procedures, Site Safety Plans and Procedures, and is OSHA certified.
